I come here often with my family and we love this place. Friendly staff, great food and a nice environment. Its not super loud but loud enough that you cant hear my kids being loud.
#1 place for good Beef chow mein ðŸ˜
It was sub par atmosphere and I was hoping that the food would be the saving grace because when I lived here I adored the location on the west side. The lunch meal deals are still amazing (the dinner prices went up) and the portion sizes are still HUGE. The soup, egg rolls , and fried rice were very good, but they changed their recipe for the orange chicken. It used to be textured, flavorful and authentic, now it just tastes commercial. It's still good, but knowing what it was before, it was a let down. I would definitely recommend the west side location for a better atmosphere. As far as good Chinese food in Flagstaff, I do think this is still one of the best.
It was the most authentic prepared dishes .delicious!
Food is great and employees are cool Xièxiè thank you. Keep up the good work
Been going here for over 30 years! Loved it as a kid! They still use the same small tea cups. Very nostalgic for me. Owners are very good people. Hard core local business! I think they are the longest running Asian food establishment in Flagstaff now that I think about it..
I really enjoyed the place. The food was good. I enjoyed the hot and sour soup. The wait staff were great. We plan on making that a regular stop for Chinese now. Thank you very much for an enjoyable meal.
What a nice surprise nestled away on 4th street in Flagstaff. Food is served very fresh and generous portions. The oriental waitress speaks Navajo and very nice. The food is so good.
Food is delicious! Good service.
We love to come here with my family....my kids love the food and the staff here are very friendly we will keep coming back....thank u Hunan Staff
The restaurant was dirty, the staff wasn't very nice, and I'm pretty sure this is where I got food poisoning from and ended up spending the next day vomiting.
Food was not as good as it has been on the previous years. The egg drop soup was the only thing that was decent. The white pepper provided on the table tasted old, and the vegetables tasted old too. Once, it was a great place to come. Now I have my doubts.
Always love going here.
I like human good food good service small but great
Best house fried rice ever.....
Loved the food..staff there was caring
Very good food and very friendly hostess
Great service. Great atmosphere. And GREAT food...
When we arrived it was not possible to get a table because of the holiday. We decided to get takeout and eat at home instead. I was delighted to be in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. We tried the chow mein, sweet and sour pork, broccoli beef, and egg rolls.I was quite amused by the ambient sounds of chimes and the soft murmur of conversation. The noodles tasted exactly how I remember when I had them in high school. I'll have to stop by when its less busy!
Rather oily Chinese food. Loved the wonton soup.
I enjoyed the food that my wife and I had. People were very friendly and on top of their ball game.. I give it a 👠up. 😉👌
American Chinese food but much more delicious & more ingredients/elements than “standard†one. Suggestion: Two dishes for three people (because it is a lot of food per dish).
The food was good and the customer service was excellent! I watched the manager (maybe owner) assist the wait staff with every type of task. He even brought me fresh hot rice when I took too long to eat mine. My drink was refilled every time it was half empty. I was very impressed all around.
Waitress and staff were good. They give you water and hot tea as soon as you sit down. But the food was just not good at all. We read the reviews and great ratings and decided to go but no.. the wonton soup tasted like a acidic chicken noodle soup. The hot and sour soup was just.. like vinegar. Honestly everything had a bitter vinegar almost sour expired taste to it. dumplings tasted like they were spoiled. My chop suey was okay but still sour tasting. I left the restaurant disappointed. I love Asian food regardless of its cuisine or take out what have you but this was just an odd flavor and aroma. I don't recommend. Also adding that both my husband and I feel miserable, nauseous bloated and just sick. Maybe bc we were the last few customers it's the left overs from the day bc a lot of really good reviews but I feel like they had to be tripping balls to go over 2 stars. Here's a picture after the soup I didn't want to take more pictures.
Love it. Great food, tea is always amazing. Nice and great customer service.
Good value. Amazing egg drop soup
Great food. Price is $$ but worth it.
It’s expensive, poor quality and not worth trying. I am new to Flag and have tried two dishes from this business. Both dishes lacked flavor and were not up to par for Chinese. I tried the General Tso and that wasn’t even a fried chicken, which I have never experience before. Then I tried a classic sesame chicken and the cooks took sweet&sour chicken then coated it in a tasteless glaze. The chicken was hard and dry. I’m very disappointed when I’m spending $13-$15 on a box of Chinese I expect better.
I ordered take-out from here. No eating utensils or napkins were offered or provided; I didn't discover this till I got back to the hotel with no utensils. The portion size was fairly large but I still didn't expect to pay so much money for a single meal and none of the menus online had prices on them. I got orange chicken and soup. The food was only okay. The meal was served with spring rolls, not egg rolls. When I ordered at 8:30 they seemed quite concerned that I be able to get there before closing.
We ordered way too much on purpose... Left overs the next day!! GREAT FOOD AND VALUE plus our server was Pito and he was as pleasant and accommodating as you could ask for. We ordered the Kung pao chicken and I have found if the kung pao is good it usually means they know what they are doing!! We also ordered the lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken and chop suey. We will return for dinner and leftovers again.
Food has improved! Tastes like they have a new cook... fried rice is so yummy! (And I'm not a fan of fried rice...) lemon chicken tastes better, love fresh white meat chicken vs the frozen they used before.... tea had great flavor. The waitress was an idiot (misunderstood when asking for to go containers, she butted in with my date when she saw me taste his rice, asking if I wanted to order my own). Didn't prevent the food coming out fast and great!
The food was some of the better Chinese food in Flagstaff.
Loves the food, and awesome service!! I'll be going back as much as I can ðŸ‘ðŸ¼ðŸ‘ðŸ¼ðŸ’–💖
This place has a great lunch menu and the service is always excellent. I have been coming to this place for years. During lunch it can get pack, limited seating but it's only because the food is amazing. I recommend the hot sour soup and Mongolian beef. Also the chilli oil is bomb
#1 place I go to when I'm craving. Been a customer since I was kid. Love their food. My son loves fried rice.
Huge portions, pretty yummy food, really good pricing. Oh, the best part is their great people. Hi Dimples!
The food here is really good and the service is exceptional. I was very impressed. I had the general Tso’s chicken and it was one of the best I have ever had.
Good servings, large plates, and friendly staff. They do have take out or dine in. The hot tea is really good. Two diff types of crab puffs. Recommend w cream puff. Seafood is cooked well here very safe and chicken too.
